1. Agreement

By accessing mieb.com or any services operated by MIEB, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

MIEB, LLC develops and operates AI-powered developer tools. Each product may have its own additional terms of service. This document covers general terms applicable to all MIEB services and the mieb.com website.

3. Accounts

If you create an account with any MIEB product:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
One person or legal entity per account unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization

Individual products may have additional acceptable use policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on mieb.com and in our products are the property of MIEB, LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

Prices are as listed on the applicable product's pricing page
Payment is processed through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of data you process through our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIEB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
